Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation Before Processing
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before the item has reached the processing stage, whichever occurs first.
- To request a cancellation, please email or contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for cancellation. Or simply go to your my account page and cancel the order from order detail page – do we have this option?
- If your cancellation request is approved, we will initiate a full refund to your original method of payment.
Cancellation After Shipment
- Processing charges are applicable on all orders and may vary from one order to another. In case of a cancellation or return, the refund will be initiated after deducting the applicable processing charges.
- For orders containing multiple items, partial cancellation may be permitted if the request is made before the items enter processing.
Custom and Made-to-Order Jewellery
- For customised, made-to-order, or engraved pieces, cancellations are not permitted once the production process has started.
- This includes bespoke designs, size modifications, and items created specifically on your request.
- We recommend reviewing all design details, sizes, and personalisation requests carefully before confirming your order.
These items are crafted uniquely for you, and materials are often sourced or customised exclusively — hence, they cannot be cancelled or refunded after production begins.
Refund Process
- For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
- If payment was made through cash-on-delivery (COD), we will issue a store credit or bank transfer, as applicable.
Partial Cancellations
In cases where multiple items are ordered, partial cancellation may be possible if the request is made before dispatch.
Custom or discounted items included in a combined order may not be eligible for cancellation once processed.
Order Modifications
- If you wish to modify your order (e.g., change of size, delivery address, or product selection), please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Once the item has entered production or shipping stages, modifications may not be possible.
- Our team will do its best to accommodate reasonable change requests whenever possible.

- We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of:
- Payment authorization failure or suspected fraud
- Product unavailability or production delays
- Pricing or typographical errors
- If we cancel your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
