Eligibility for Returns

  • We don’t’ accept immediate return, However, if a client chooses to return an item, GST and making charges paid on the product will be deducted. The client will be refunded the full value of gold based on purity, with no further deduction. Diamonds will be refunded at 80% of the billed value.
  • Immediate Return are not accepted only for non-customized, unworn jewellery that is in its original condition.
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging, including jewellery boxes, certificates, invoices, tags, and any free gifts received with the purchase.
  • Products showing any signs of wear, damage, alteration, or resizing by a third party will not be eligible for return.
  • Customized, engraved, or personalized jewellery (including name pendants, special designs, and made-to-order items) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Request Window

  • You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • After 7 days, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Care Team via email or phone, quoting your Order Number and stating the reason for return.
  • Approval & Instructions: Once we verify your eligibility, we’ll share detailed return instructions and shipping details.
  • Pack Securely: Pack the item carefully in its original box and outer packaging to avoid damage during transit.
    • Ensure all accessories, certificates, and packaging materials are included.
    • Tampered packaging or missing items may lead to rejection of the return.
    • Record a full packaging HD without edited video while putting the item inside the tampered proof packaging
  • Ship Back: We request you to share your pickup address so we can arrange collection through our trusted logistics partner. For safety and insurance reasons, we strongly recommend using only our authorized pickup service. If a client chooses to return a product using any other courier service, the responsibility for safe transit and delivery of the item will rest solely with the client
  • Quality Check & Refund: After the item is received, it undergoes a quality inspection by our experts.
    • If the product passes inspection, we will initiate your refund or exchange as per your preference.
    • If it fails the inspection, we will inform you and return the product back to your address.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after successful inspection.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase (credit/debit card, UPI, PayPal, or bank transfer).
  • In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after verification.
  • Please note that shipping, handling, and COD fees are non-refundable.
  • If you opt for an exchange of higher value, the balance amount must be paid before dispatch.

Exchange Policy

  • If you’d prefer to exchange rather than return:
    • Exchanges are available only for eligible products.
    • You can choose another item of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid).
    • Exchanges are subject to availability and approval from our quality control team.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • In the rare event that you receive:
    • A damaged product
    • A defective item
    • Or an incorrect order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund once the issue is verified.

Packaging and Responsibility

  • Manova Jewellery is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
We strongly recommend:
    • Using tamper-proof packaging.
    • Securing all certificates and accessories properly.
    • Retaining your shipping receipt and tracking ID until the refund or exchange is processed.

Policy Updates

  • Manova Jewellery reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice.
  • The version applicable to your order will be the one in effect at the time of purchase.
