Is it safe to buy gold jewellery online from MANOVA?
Yes. Our platform uses end-to-end encryption to ensure complete data security. Your personal and payment information is never shared with third parties.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 10–25 days, as each piece is crafted with care. We always strive to deliver at the earliest possible time.
Is my jewellery safe during delivery?
Yes. We use premium, insured logistics partners and deliver your jewellery in tamper-proof, secure packaging.
What if I receive the wrong product?
- This is highly unlikely. Every order is packed under camera surveillance and sealed with a unique packing code.
- We strongly recommend that customers record an uninterrupted HD video while unboxing.
- Please do not accept the package if it appears tampered with.
Will I get a full refund if I receive the wrong product?
Yes. A 100% refund will be issued provided you submit a clear, unedited unboxing video as proof.

Yes. We offer free shipping and free returns on selected pincodes within India only.
Does MANOVA deliver internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Export duties, customs charges, and international shipping costs are borne by the customer.
After-Purchase Support
What if the ring does not fit?
We fully support size adjustments.
- Resizing or replacement requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- We will replace or resize the ring at the earliest.
Can I resize the jewellery with a local jeweller?
We do not recommend this. Any alteration done by a third-party jeweller will void MANOVA’s repair and service eligibility.
Returns, Exchange & Buyback
Does MANOVA offer returns?
Currently, returns are not offered.
Does MANOVA offer exchange?
Yes. Lifetime exchange is available on all MANOVA products at the prevailing gold rate and actual product weight.
Does MANOVA offer lifetime buyback?
- Yes. We offer:
- 100% buyback value on gold (no deductions)
- 80% buyback value on diamonds or gemstones
Can I convert my jewellery into cash?
Yes. MANOVA jewellery can be converted into cash (bank transfer) anytime based on prevailing gold rates and purity.
What is the process for buyback or cash conversion?
- The bank transfer will be initiated immediately and can take 7 working days to be credited to customer provided bank account
- Raise a return/buyback request
- Ship the product to us
- Once received and verified, the bank transfer is initiated
Can I immediately return the product and get my money back?
Cancellation Policy
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
- Once an order is processed, production begins immediately.
- Cancellation is generally not possible without incurring costs.
- If cancellation is requested, the customer will bear the applicable charges.
