  • Every MANOVA gold product is BIS Hallmarked (HUID compliant) as per Government of India regulations.
  • Each product carries a 6-digit unique HUID code, which can be independently verified on the BIS (bis.gov.in) website.
  • All diamond jewellery is certified by reputed laboratories such as IGI, SGL, GIA, or HRD, subject to availability and timelines.
  • Every purchase is accompanied by a MANOVA Authenticity Certificate, ensuring lifetime recognition and assurance.

  • Currently, our website features lab-grown diamonds.
  • If you prefer natural diamonds, we are happy to customise your jewellery accordingly. Prices will vary based on diamond specifications.

Yes. Our platform uses end-to-end encryption to ensure complete data security. Your personal and payment information is never shared with third parties.

Orders, Shipping & Delivery

Delivery typically takes 10–25 days, as each piece is crafted with care. We always strive to deliver at the earliest possible time.

Yes. We use premium, insured logistics partners and deliver your jewellery in tamper-proof, secure packaging.

  • This is highly unlikely. Every order is packed under camera surveillance and sealed with a unique packing code.
  • We strongly recommend that customers record an uninterrupted HD video while unboxing.
  • Please do not accept the package if it appears tampered with.

Yes. A 100% refund will be issued provided you submit a clear, unedited unboxing video as proof.

Shipping Charges

Yes. We offer free shipping and free returns on selected pincodes within India only.

Yes, we ship internationally. Export duties, customs charges, and international shipping costs are borne by the customer.

After-Purchase Support

We fully support size adjustments.

  • Resizing or replacement requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will replace or resize the ring at the earliest.

We do not recommend this. Any alteration done by a third-party jeweller will void MANOVA’s repair and service eligibility.

Returns, Exchange & Buyback

Currently, returns are not offered.

Yes. Lifetime exchange is available on all MANOVA products at the prevailing gold rate and actual product weight.

  • Yes. We offer:
    • 100% buyback value on gold (no deductions)
    • 80% buyback value on diamonds or gemstones

Yes. MANOVA jewellery can be converted into cash (bank transfer) anytime based on prevailing gold rates and purity.

  • The bank transfer will be initiated immediately and can take 7 working days to be credited to customer provided bank account
  • Raise a return/buyback request
  • Ship the product to us
  • Once received and verified, the bank transfer is initiated
Once we receive the returned product, the refund will be initiated. Please note that making charges and GST applied to the product are non-refundable. All refunds are processed strictly as per our return conditions.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is processed, production begins immediately.
  • Cancellation is generally not possible without incurring costs.
  • If cancellation is requested, the customer will bear the applicable charges.
