- Our team begins processing your order within 2–5 business days. Delivery timelines typically range between 10–25 days, depending on the complexity of the design.
- For custom-made or engraved pieces, crafting may take 15–25 business days, based on design intricacy. You will be notified of the estimated timeline within 2–5 business days of placing your order, prior to final confirmation.
- Orders placed during festivals or peak seasons may experience slight delays, but we’ll always keep you informed.
Shipping Charges & Timelines
- Domestic Shipping (India): Complimentary and fully insured.
- Delivery Time: Usually within 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
- For remote or non-serviceable locations, delivery may not be possible. In such cases, we request you to kindly visit your nearest store for assistance.

Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a dispatch email/SMS with tracking details. You can:

- Log in to your Manova account and check the live status
- If you face any tracking issues, our customer care team will be happy to assist.
International Shipping
- We proudly ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 10–20 business days.
- All international shipments are insured until they reach you.
- Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes are not included in the product price and must be paid by the recipient as per destination country regulations.
- We recommend contacting your local customs office to estimate applicable duties before placing an order.
Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays.
- If the courier cannot reach you after two delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
- For security reasons, we do not allow address changes once an order has been dispatched.
Delays & Superior Force
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, natural disasters, or courier issues may cause delays. We will always notify you in such events and provide updated delivery timelines.
Damaged, Lost, or Tampered Packages
- If your package appears damaged, tampered, or opened, please do not accept it and inform us immediately at [email protected].
- In the rare case that your order is lost during transit, we’ll investigate and issue a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
- Manova is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
Signature & Verification
- For your security, an OTP will be required at the time of delivery on your registered contact number. Additionally, a valid Aadhaar Card must be presented before receiving the order. We recommend verifying your identity prior to accepting the parcel to ensure safe and secure delivery.
